As a professional reflexology & massage practitioner. Helen is a member of the Complementary Therapist & Holistic Association, qualifying at the Middx School of Complementary Medicine, as well as holding an ITEC diploma (Distinction) in Anatomy and Physiology, and a certificate in Pregnancy Massage. 

Helen has helped a large number of people suffering with stress, low esteem, emotional issues and fertility problems. She uses reflexology to help induce labour and in particular helping many to better cope with debilitating conditions such as IBS and Colitis. 

Helen is dedicated to helping people enjoy better health, improved self image, and greater balance and harmony in their lives. 

Working in the St Albans and the surrounding areas, offering clients a high standard of complementary therapy, without charging high prices. Helen qualified as an Accountant, and through her interest in complementary therapy and the very beneficial effects it has had on her own life, chose to change careers. This remarkable change took Helen from a stressful job to one where it helped people to deal with the stress.

Working from her modern treatment room in St Albans, but visiting client's homes when necessary. Appointment times that suit you, including evenings and weekends.

What is Reflexology & Massage?

Reflexology is a popular and relaxing holistic treatment based on the principle that reflex points on the sides, tops and soles of the feet correspond directly to organs and tissues throughout the body. In this way, the feet can be seen as a "map" of the body.

Through application of gentle but firm pressure to these reflex points and with specialised massage techniques, Reflexology serves to relax tension, improve circulation, promote the natural function of the related area in the body, and maintain health.

Deep tissue massage, relaxation massage can be extremely beneficial to your well being on both a psychological and physiological level, whilst easing muscle tensions, improving body joints and mobility.
